Meetings & Retreats
Abaco Inn sits on the narrowest part of Elbow Cay, with the Atlantic on one side and the Sea of Abaco on the other. Groups take the whole of it.
26
rooms, cottages and villas
2
private beaches, a pool between them
50 ft
complimentary dockage
~45 min
flight from Florida to Marsh Harbour
Twenty-six keys, one restaurant, one pool, and a staff who will know everyone by the second morning. There is no conference floor here and no attempt at one — which is the reason people book it.
A stay, in order
Fly into Marsh Harbour, then a twenty-minute ferry to Hope Town and a short taxi over the hill. Boats come alongside instead: dockage to fifty feet is complimentary.

Sessions happen on covered porches and around villa kitchens. Bring a screen if you need one — but the useful conversations here tend to happen at the table, not in front of it.

The restaurant has an indoor room and a deck built out above the Sea of Abaco. A group of any size on this property eats together, because there is one kitchen and one deck.

The freshwater pool sits on the point between the two beaches. Atlantic surf on one side, flat water on the other, and the walk to either takes about a minute.

Hope Town and its candy-striped lighthouse are a short ride north; Tahiti Beach appears at low tide to the south. The inn runs a Fisherman’s Catch trip and partners with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology on birding.

Drinks on the deck, and then whatever the group decides. Nobody is driving anywhere.

Thirteen rooms and cottages along the ridge, and thirteen Sunset Point villas with thirty-one bedrooms between them. In-room massage can be arranged for any of them.

What you book

Sunset Point Villa
On the point, with kitchens and decks
Abaco Inn does not publish seated or standing capacities for its restaurant, deck or villas. Rather than estimate them here, ask — the team will give you a real number for the layout you have in mind.

On the water
The group goes out, brings back what it catches, and the kitchen cooks it for dinner that evening. It is the single most reliable way to get a team talking to each other.
“The White Sound Club, then Fin and Tonic, and — since the late 1970s — Abaco Inn.”

Complimentary dockage for vessels up to fifty feet.
